Glossed Beauty By Leary was founded by a vibrant 12-year-old with a passion for glam, beauty and creativity beginning at age 7 years old. She wanted to bring sparkle and confidence to beauty lovers everywhere and show little girls that you can be who you aspire to be at any age. Believing in Leary and wanting to support her dreams and ambition, Leary's mother Frances carefully sought out a rental property for Leary's first storefront where they opened Glossed Beauty By Leary, and at 12 years old Leary offically became a business owner making her the youngest black female entrepreneur in her hometown of Coatesville PA.
